Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide! Majority of our products are shipped from European Union (Slovenia) - note that each product specifically states the origin of shipping. For some Airsoft Artisan products we use drop-shipping directly from Hong Kong - this is clearly stated in the "Shipping origin" drop-down menu and "HK" option being available for selection.

Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days for products shipped within Europe; and 10-20 days outside of Europe. For any Airsoft Artisan products shipped from Hong Kong, the delivery time is typically around 15-25 business days. Delivery times may be affected by COVID19 situation so we kindly ask for patience in case the delivery takes longer.

The cost of shipping will be automatically applied during check-out and varies based on your country of residence and the total order value. Any customs duties that may be applicable depending on your country of residence are not included in our pricing and will have to be covered by you. Make sure you also understand your country's import policies before ordering. Should shipped products be returned to us, we will reimburse you for the total product cost but not the cost of shipping. 
 

We will inform you about your order being shipped via an e-mail and with a tracking number. After placing an order, please also regularly check your spam folder in case the shipping notification gets placed there; shipping notification will be sent to your payment address.

Product Returns & Exchange Policy

Whilst we inspect each item before shipping to our customers, we acknowledge that some minor visual defects may slip our eyes.

 

Should you receive a product that has visual damage, please get in touch via Instagram, Chat on the bottom right side of this page or send us an e-mail - devt6.store@gmail.com; and we will try to sort out the issue as soon as possible. 

Right to Withdraw from Sales Agreement

The customer ("Customer") who has entered into a sale agreement ("Agreement") with DEVTSIX Store ("Seller") may, within 14 days, withdraw from it without giving any reason.

The deadline to withdraw from the Sales Agreement starts from the moment of the Customer taking possession of the ordered products ("Goods"). The Customer can terminate the Agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal to the Seller. To comply with this deadline the Customer can send a withdrawal statement via e-mail to the Seller before the expiry of the deadline. The Seller shall immediately confirm receipt of the form submitted by the Customer.

In the event of cancellation of the Agreement, the Agreement is considered null and void.

If the Customer has made a statement to terminate the contract of sale before the Seller accepted the offer, the offer ceases to be binding.

 

The Seller is obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement from the Customer, to terminate the Agreement and refund all payments made by the Customer to the Seller. The Seller may withhold the refund of payments received from the Customer until the moment of the return of the Goods by the Customer.

If the Customer using the right to withdraw has chosen a method of delivery of the Goods other than the usual cheapest manner of supply offered by the Seller, the Seller shall not be required to reimburse the additional costs to the Customer.

 

The Customer is required to return the Goods to the Seller immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which the Customer has withdrew from the Agreement. To comply with this deadline simply return the Goods to the address: Dejan Brozovic, Glavni trg 18A, 1234 Menges, Slovenia (Europe) before that date.

In the event of cancellation the Customer is responsible only for the direct costs of returning the Goods.

The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment which was used the customer, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different way of return, which does not incur any costs on the Customer.

The rights described in this paragraph do not apply to the Customer, regardless of his status as a Consumer, placing an order with the Delivery location outside of the European Union.
