BALAK Rigid shoulder pads
Made of laminated cordura with 3D soft mesh for added comfort and ventilation.
The upper part of the pads closes with 2 flaps so you can route your headphone / PTT wires easily. The 2 flaps also have slits so you can mount any stuff that has molle slots.
